It’s hard to say why things aren’t working. Can you please provide your Local Log? See this Community Forum post for instructions on how to do so:
One thing I do notice from the screenshot is that the button for the popup is in Chinese. I do know that Local oftentimes has trouble when there are special characters (ie, non-latin characters) within the username.k
