After automatic update some sites disrupted

Hi. Today I restarted my Macbook and Local did an automatic update. After that all my sites were highlighted with red. I had to restore the one by one, by only some of them restored and others did not. Have I just lost some really important data? Is there a way to get them backup and running?

Can you please try the following?

  1. Make sure Local isn’t running
  2. Follow the instructions here: How can I forcefully restart the Local by Flywheel VM?
  3. Re-open Local
  4. If the issue persists, provide your log file. You can attach it here by dragging and dropping the log file onto the textarea.
