After last update (5.9.8+5191) can't connect to database

Issue Summary

After updating Local to the last version (5.9.8+5191) when I try to open one of the sites, I get the error:

PHP Warning:  mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/2002): Connection refused in ...

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
    Just one in particular.

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
    No.

Replication

I just updated Local as usual and the connection with database doesn’t work anymore.

  • Which version of Local is being used?
    5.9.8+5191

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?
    macOS Catalina
