Thanks for sharing that information - it sounds like you aren’t getting any of the options, which has me thinking it may be some sort of restriction that’s preventing Local from reaching an endpoint with the additional lightning services.

It may be helpful to see your Local Logs - you can export those following this Help Doc:

In addition, I noticed you mentioned using Windows 10 Professional - do you perhaps have any antivirus or security settings that might be preventing Local from connecting to those other lightning services?

The URL’s Local needs to reach look like…

and
