I have exported the localwp website to the host and I just realized i forgot the localwp password. meaning that i can login after the migration.
Can someone show me how to find the exact admin password from my localwp

You won’t be able to obtain the admin password from Local, but you can reset the admin password using the following steps & then re-export if that is an option:
