Cannot run Local

Hello,

After this recent update, I am unable to run Local. When i click on the icon nothing happens.
It all worked yesterday, and i’m using Windows 10 64bit.

Is there a way to reinstall without affecting my sites or to reset the application somehow.

I reinstalled and it works now. I think it had something to do with the update
