I’ve installed my site’s environment on Local, but now when I click on the button for the Admin Panel; I just keep getting dumped to the public-facing 404 page. I can access the Admin panel prior to installing the site files, but once the site files are added, then I can no longer access the Admin panel.
It starts off as a similar issue to this one from back in '18:
- I do not have any PW hiding plugins installed
- The 404 page appears to be a WP page (same 404 you get from the live/production site)
- The 404 occurs with both
/wp-login.php
and/wp-admin
But then things seem to deviate:
Using Adminer, I looked at WP_Options and I believe I confirmed that “https://” is placed in front of both Home and SiteURL
Adminer screen shots:
Here is the 404 page:
Here are my site settings on Local:
I’ve only got this one site, but this happens every time I attempt to re-create the site.
I am using Local version 6.3.0+5756 on a Mac running High Sierra Version 10.13.6
Here is my local log:
local-logs.zip (3.8 KB)
Production URL:
https://armatage.org/
Thanks in advance for your help!
