Can't access my website

I downloaded my site local so I can work on my website. I was not that impressed, so deleted it, but I can’t access my website now on my computer. Its very strange. The website works, I just can’t access the site on this one computer and I can’t access WP to edit the site. Can anyone help

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

I fixed it. The program changed my host file in case anyone has issues.
