One thing you can try @yusrasaeed is opening the Windows Task Manager and killing any MySQL entries that appear. After that, you can try restarting the site.
If you’re still having trouble, try creating a new, blank site in Local and see if you can access it okay. If you can, you may want to try reimporting the site to see if you can resolve the errors that way. The steps would look like this:

Locate the site files on your machine, and save a copy of them to your desktop. If you click Go to Site Folder under your site name it should take you right to where they are located.

Once you have those copied, completely delete the site from Local

Quit and restart Local
