Unable to add site

I am unable to add new sites after installing Local WP

When I try creating a new site, I get the response in the screenshot below:

I am unable to add sites.

I am using Toshiba satellite Pro, 64bit, AMD.

  • Local WP 6.6.0 and also tried 6.4.3

  • I use Windows 7 Ultimate.
