Can't create or Import sites - Database connection error

Issue Summary

Whenever I create/import new site it gives me databse connection error. The wordpress files are copied to the site folder. wp-config.php file is also created. I get the following error.

dberror

When I start the site it displays wordpress installation screen. And there’s no table created in the database.

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
    — No only to the new sites. Either create / import.

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
    — No. Already explained above.

System Details

  • Which version of Local is being used?
    Version 6.1.8+5621

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?

    • Windows 10 Home Single Language
