Long time ago I created a local site and I forgot how to access it. I have downloaded Local again. As far as I remember on the top right corner there used to be a Start site/ Stop site, which is now missing. Am I supposed to have a local email address that I need to use? I really forgot everything

in the meantime I have found my files in the Local Sites folder in my PC but still I dont know how to access to the existing site that I created half a year ago. When I enter my sites name in Local, a pop-up appears ,saying that the path is invalid as it has an existing local data. Can someone explain me what to do and how to access my site? Many thanks
