Can't install 3.0.4 version on my Mac

Unfortunately I cannot install Local on my mac. I am not a technical but it keep saying:

“Error setting up host only network on machine start: host-only cider conflicts with the network address of a host interface”

I have no idea of what that means, can somebody help me?
