I’m trying to install Local by Flywheel on a MacOS High Sierra (v 10.13.6) iMac with 8GB memory and plenty of disk space.
It seems to install well enough, but whether I create a new site or pull one down from my client’s hosting account, I get the warning “Missing hosts entry. This site may be inaccessible.”
I’ve already gone ahead and edited the /etc/hosts file manually to input the IP and domain.local name it seems to want to add. But that doesn’t make the error go away and I still can’t access the site.
There are a ton of errors in the log file and I don’t know where to start troubleshooting. I can’t tell if it’s a Docker issue, permissions issue, or anything else for certain. I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
Thanks.
