Can't request new files from the site

When I try to get new files from the site (pull new files). My program started to show this message Monosnap

In log file I see that messagge

2023/06/14 09:57:16 [alert] 10980#15484: OpenEvent(“ngx_master_4576”) failed (2: The system cannot find the file specified)

What should I do to solve this problem? Thanks

It looks like the connection is being refused. Do you have any other developer applications or security programs that could be running and interfering for starters?
