Computer Keeps Shutting down when trying yo import images in wordpress

Hello all . Like the title says , every time I try uploading an image , my computer shuts down . Has this happened to anyone else ? Any help would be greatly appreciated .

I’m curious if the size of the image you are uploading is too big - how big is the image?

Let’s start there - I haven’t heard of this issue before!

Hello Sam . Thanks so much for responding . The images were between 300-400 kbs .
