The site i have been building now can’t connect to wordpress when i click on Admin, says error is establishing database connection. Has this happened before? I started a new test site and everything got set up fine.

Hey @Skorp13, Welcome to the community!
Have any changes been made to the site’s wp-config.php file? We typically see that error when the database settings in the wp-config.php don’t match Local’s database.
You can check what the database settings should be in the database tab in Local.
Another option is to try and restart the Virtual Machine by navigating to “Help > Restart Virtual Machine”.
If those don’t work, can you please provide your local-by-flywheel.log file? See this Community Forum post:

There might be more information about what Local is having issues within there!
