I am now learning that Firefox doesn’t use the system’s keychain for certificates and that you will need to add an exception in Firefox.

Hey Evan, Firefox doesn’t use the system’s keychain for certificates. You will need to add an exception in Firefox. There should be an “Add Exception…” button at the bottom of the error box. You may need to scroll to see it. Here are some screenshots I just took with Firefox 58.0.2. [28 PM][38 PM]

The SSL was working as expected in Chrome and Safari.
