I have being trying all what I read here and event a new install…nothing works (mysite.local, mysite.test…etc). Since there is a bunch of similar errors according to recent topics …should we wait for a new version of flywheel? ?

Are you on macOS or Windows? If you’re on Windows, do you have anti-virus, internet security, or a firewall installed?
Also, what Environment did you select when creating the site? Custom or Preferred? If it’s Custom with Apache, please try switching the Web Server to nginx.
I work on Windows 10 with no anti-virus or firewall but those of Windows. I use the custom environment with nginx. Also I change mysite.dev to mysite.local since I read it could be an issue.
Now I have : ERR_ICANN_NAME_COLLISION
