I am having the forbidden error 403 while trying to open site from Local. Kindly assist. what do I need to do.

Can you provide a little more information about your set up? Also, can you provide a screenshot of the error and where you’re running into it? Are you able to successfully create a new site in Local with default settings?
A 403 error may be connected to permissions, or something else.

Thank you @sambrockway for your reply. I am unable to successfully create a new site in local with these settings. The wordpress version section is always in loading and when I click open site. i get the error 403 forbidden. Old sites open however. these are the screenshots

Hi @Amirhappy - Are you on windows? Do you have any antivirus, security, or firewall applications that could be blocking Local?
