Hi Philippe,
Thanks for trying Local!
Please see this thread: [Windows] Help! I'm getting a BIOS error about VT-X/AMD-v during installation
Let me know if you get stuck!
Sorry but on Acer it’s not the same screen, i don’t have this possibility
in the Bios setup.
Thanks

Philippe,
Please let me know if these steps work for you. If not, can you provide the exact model number of your Acer laptop?
- Press F2 key at startup to enter BIOS Setup.
- Press the right arrow key to System Configuration tab, Select Virtualization Technology and then press the Enter key.
- Select Enabled and press the Enter key.
- Press the F10 key and select Yes and press the Enter key to save changes and Reboot into Windows.
No, I can’t use these steps
My computer ACER Aspire 7738ZG
Thanks

Philippe,
Please see http://community.acer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Hyper-V-and-VT-x-BIOS-support/ta-p/380175
You might need to run the steps under the Turn OFF Hyper-V section.
I’m having the same problem as well. Mine is Acer Aspire 4750Z.
