Error Code when updating to Local 9.0.5

What issue or error are you experiencing?

Hi.
I’m trying to update my Local Version on my M1 Macbook pro with Mac OS Sonoma.

The Local message displayed is :

Error while updating

Code signature at URL file:///Users/olivierfernandez/Library/Caches/com.getflywheel.lightning.local.ShipIt/update.humo1cm/Local.app/ did not pass validation

I clean my system previously with Onyx.

Do you see any action ?

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Just checked, I am currently running Loacl 6.3 and also saw that : Update past Local 6.4.3 - macOS - Local

Sound like i just have to download the last version and replace it in my apps.

You’re correct @Loeilrotatif! There was a breaking change in that Local version that required a manual update. Once you do that however you’ll be fixed up going forward and won’t need to do it again for future updates.
