i tried disabling security software… didn’t help. no idea what to do here. i chose Local for easy 1-2-3 wordpress set up. i really wish it were happening

i’m trying to install on PC laptop, running windowns 7 enterprise. got this error:
Error creating machine: Error in driver during machine creation: This computer doesn’t have VT-X/AMD-v enabled. Enabling it in the BIOS is mandatory
machine seems frozen… not sure what to do. is anyone there to help?
