Error! Environment unavailable. Please contact support if this persists

See title for error message.
Running Local 2.3.1 on Win10 and cannot start site now because it can’t read the environment.
Any way to manually fix this? I’d really prefer to not have to re-create everything.

I’m having the same issue. Can’t start my sites.

Can you please provide the text below that message?

Downgrading to 2.2.4 will fix the issue in the meantime.

“Missing environment custom(undefined)” shows in the dialog when attempting to start the site. In the site overview tab it says “Error! Environment unavailable. Please contact support if this persists”.
