Installing v2.3.2 Corrupted - Now Can't Install

I had an error updating the environment (Windows 10) so another user suggested upgrading to Local 2.3.2 (I was using v2.3.0) which included the updated environment and solved their problem.

I downloaded v2.3.2 but the install failed:

I couldn’t run Local either after this message. I tried to download the previous version but the install failed again.

Now I’m stuck without a working version of Local!

OK, so restarting, reinstalling etc. seemed to work. After Local v2.3.2 was installed I was able to update the environment for each site.

A little annoying that the update process isn’t smoother but no big deal really.
