Error establishing database connection one of many problems

Hi there, I’ve updated to the latest version of Local and then been unable to view any websites in Local. The initial error was hanging forever after updating the environment. Then, unable to establish database connection, now also Uh-oh! MySQL was unavailable when Local tried to back up…

Pretty much none of my sites are working. I think it might have something to do with MySQL not working but have no idea how to check. Appreciate your help with this :slight_smile:

Hey @alicia –

When updating, were you updating the environment for each site? What happens if you stop the site and try starting it again?
