Error happens after creating the local sites

Steps to reproduce

1-created local sites
2-clicked on the specific local site I wished to work on
3-when clicking on the start site
4-error message appears and unable to continue.
5-i was able to create the local sites but unable to back into them due to the error messages.

To try to isolate the issue, are you able to create a Local site with custom settings with MySQL 5.7?

What version of Windows are you on?

For the MySQL test, please try 5.7.

my version is windows 10 pro
haven’t done anything yet on MYSQL
