I am trying to install local by flywheel and I am getting the following error:

kindly help

It looks like there might be an issue with MySQL. Can you please provide your Local Log? See this Community Forum post for instructions on how to do so:

Can you also let us know what version of Local is installed and what version of Windows is being used?
