Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
Just when creating new sites, all other sites installed previously are working fine. -
Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
No, I can’t create new sites.

When prompted for a password, fill in everything.

Then an error appears:
