(Error) Unable to start site

I created a wordpress and did everything normally yesterday.
But, today when try to start local wp site, I am getting this error.

What is solution? *i don’t have any antivirus installed.
Also told me, if this is not fixable. How can I get that wordpress site I design ?

Solved after changing Apache to nginx server
