This is correct; VT-X/AMD-v is required for Virtual Box to run. You’ll find an option in your BIOS to enable VT-X/AMD-v if supported, but the ‘where’ depends on the BIOS manufacturer, so I’d recommend Googling your motherboard/BIOS for where the option is located. Once enabled, you’ll be able to pass the pre-check. (Note that if your setup doesn’t support VT-X/AMD-v, then you will be unable to use Local.)
