I am first time using Local and I would like to know if I can share the live website to a friend through a link. I am working on a project and I would need constant feedback from him and it’s pretty hard with the ‘Export’ solution through zip file and send it to my friend everytime I make an update.

That’s totally doable!
More than likely you can make use of the Live Links feature of Local.
It basically allows you to share direct access to a site within Local with someone outside of your network!
