First time install - Fatal errors

First time use Flywheel, and right out of the gate, all my plugins are showing fatal errors.

It occurs for almost every plugin, I disable one and I get a fatal error on the next one.

Any ideas?

It seems like some plugins are missing files. You might try deactivating and re-installing your plugins, or at least the ones that seem to have issues.

Website wont even load. I looked for the files that it says are missing and they are there. Very weird.

Remove the plugins from your local /public/wp-content/plugins directory. You can simply move them out of the folder to another folder.
