My MacBook Pro died without shutting down gracefully. When I re-opened Local, it will no longer connect to existing databases (3 sites). When I attempt to view them in Adminer, it says connection refused. I tried creating two new sites (one standard, one with a blueprint), and both connect with the database and are accessible in Adminer.
Are there settings anywhere that got messed up by the shutdown? Any ideas on how to get these reconnected? I’m at a standstill!
This sounds a lot like what I was experiencing and wrote about. Mine started working today. Unfortunately, I don’t know why it didn’t connect to the database, or why it suddenly started connecting. Perhaps, the fact that two of us had similar issues might prompt some deeper investigation.
