I’m experiencing this same issue. I have macOS High Sierra version 10.13 Beta installed on my Mac. It was working just fine for me a few days ago and now it says “refused to connect” on all my Local sites.

Good news! We’ve sorted out all of the High Sierra issues and we’ll have an update to Local before the public release of 10.13.

Nice one - any eta or beta - as it might still be a few week until apple gives the go! But glad to read!
So, Clay, definitely before the release of High Sierra next Monday?
Please let me know if there is any way to get hold of a beta, I have a lot of work locked up in my Local sites. I foolishly upgraded, I checked that all my other applications were ready but forgot to check Local, 100% my fault but I’m screwed now.
