How do I move local sites to a fresh local install?

Hello,

I’m having issues with my local install of flywheel. When I tried to run the latest update, it is making me re-install virtual box and I’m getting this install error when I manually try to install virtualbox on my machine: “Error Installing VirtualBox” {“stderr”:"",“stdout”:"",“exitCode”:1,“error”:null}

If I just wipe my machine, but keep the local sites folder copied, Can I reinstall flywheel and then manually add back in these local sites into the new flywheel instance?

If so, how do I do this? Reason being I can’t get into the old instance of flywheel to grab the sql databases. I can grab the install, but not the databases.
