How do set up to send email from local install of desktop

I set up LOCAL at my laptop to test my sites. I want to be able to send email to address after user submits the form he has filled up.
I already have form set up by Elementor Pro.

I need the wordpress settings for this. I remember when I had used Xampp, I changed some PHP codes and it worked.

I want to know how to do this for LOCAL by Flywheel for an installation at my laptop.
