Apologies if this exists as a question already.
Is it possible to add a plugin that is a default/required plugin for every Local WP install?
I previously used Desktop Server and they had a mu-plugins folder that applied to all sites for development purposes. Does anything like this exist in Local WP?

This is a great idea and while we don’t have anything specifically for this (yet), a simple workaround you could do would be to create a Blueprint with the mu-plugin in place and then create new sites from that Blueprint.
