How to change PHP version for a website

I have installed 2.2.4 version today and there is no option to change PHP or Web Server versions. In previous 2.1.2 version, both had drop-down controls to change the versions, very useful for testing purposes. Now, that is no longer available, and Local has now become very limited system. Is there a way to bring these options back, and how?

Just found that clicking on Local Environment: Custom → «Change» seems to give me the ability to change Web Server and PHP Version as before.
