How to migrate MySQL databe 8.0.16 to MySQL 5.6?

I have created our website using Local.
The version of the databade MySQL is 8.0.16.
Our hosting is demanding the version 5.6 or previous.
Could you say me how can I migrate de database from 8.0.16 to 5.6?
