Using a lower version of MySQL

Issue Summary

I am working on a client website that’s hosted on GoDaddy. Their MySQL version is 5.6, but LocalWP is 5.7.

Troubleshooting Questions

Now that I’ve developed the site locally, how can I export and/or import the DB back to GoDaddy? They will not be upgrading from 5.6, so I’m stuck with their server.
