I need to run MAMP and Local simultaneously and within local I need to run a subdomain multisite but this feature isn’t available with the Router Mode being set to localhost.
Do I have other options?

As far as I’m aware it’s not possible to run these side by side without using Router Mode Localhost.
Is there a reason you can’t temporarily disable MAMP to set up your multisite?
