I accidentally imported the wrong local.sql

So, I accidentally imported the wrong local.sql file, located in public/sql.
After I did that, my local site is gone, replaced by the web site referred to in the wrong sql file. The wrong DB requires an admin to log in, which is different from what I use to log into the admin for my site with Local.

Is there any way for me to retrieve the site I was working on, with all my pages and posts? And if so how can I do this? Is it a matter of restoring my original database (which I didn’t save, since I thought I was importing the same one), or is there an easier way?

Thank you so much for any help…everything was working perfectly before this…

Replication

Create a site with Local by Flywheel…replace the local.sql file, designed for a hosted web site. Is it impossible to retrieve the previous site?
