Please, I need help. I am working on a project; unfortunately, anytime I try to apply a white background, it does not effect any changes. I have done a series of troubleshooting with ChatGPT. still no changes. Please help me.

What theme are you using?
What plugins? Are you using any specific builders?
Are you just trying to apply a white background to a specific post/page?
If you’re using Local, just in case can you also give us your OS/OS version and Local version as well?

I am using Blocksy themeis i, with Elementor as the builder. The issue is , my local does not have white color nomatter what i try to apply it on
You could try using a different theme and then see if it works @constancia

There’s no meaningful solution to the thread , this issue happens on all the theme i tried , it is not from theme
Do you have a PRO license with Elementor? If you do you can try reaching out to their support directly.
Or have you tried any other builder plugins?
I don’t use pro version of Elementor
Could you record a short video using Loom or similar as to what steps you’re taking and how things look? That way we could try and replicate and see if anything is missing.
