My online application uses Ubuntu. I selected your file as Linux - Debian based (Ubuntu, etc.), downloaded and extracted it, but found that I couldn’t install it. There are only these three folders, and none of them work. What could be the reason?

Could you try running this command in terminal and see if that works?

sudo dpkg -i local-10.0.0-linux.deb

It says the core file is missing. I reinstalled your stuff and got the same message

Also, what version of Ubuntu are you running?
