Sorry for the trouble!

Can you please try the following:

  1. Manually install VirtualBox 5.2.8. Here’s the download link: https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/5.2.8/VirtualBox-5.2.8-121009-Win.exe
    • When going through the installation, make sure you approve any Windows UAC popups for VirtualBox
    • Simply run the installer to upgrade VirtualBox
  2. Open VirtualBox
  3. Right-click on local-by-flywheel
  4. Click Remove and delete the files
    • Warning: if you have existing sites in Local, you will need to re-import them
  5. Re-open Local
