Sorry for the trouble!

Can you please try installing VirtualBox manually? Here’s the direct download link for VirtualBox 5.2.6: https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/5.2.6/VirtualBox-5.2.6-120293-Win.exe

Once you do that, try re-opening Local.
