Images don't show when using Live Link - an Elementor issue?

Hello - does anyone have a solution for how to get images to show in Live Link when they are not displaying? Reading through the FAQ this seems to be a common problem with Elementor users. Here’s the best I could find:

"This error could be due to several reasons. I would first suggest clearing your browser cache and then retrying.

If that does not fix the issue, then it could be that the images are hardcoded with the .local URL in the Elementor configuration. Changing these to Relative URLs will help solve the issue."

… So, has anyone posted on how to change to relative URLs? I have no idea how to do this and dream of a straightforward tutorial or set of instructions.
