I’ve installed the 5.3.1 update, and opted to “Run Local” at the end of the (apparently) successful installation. Nothing happened. Tried to open it from the Win 10 apps list. Nothing.
So I tried to install the previous version, 5.2.8 (I think)… same exact experience.
Tried again to install the latest version (5.3.1) and had the same experience. Local app will not open; there are no error messages or anything else to suggest what might be happening. Here is the "local-lightning.log for today:
