Installing and using WP-CLI with Local WP

I want to use this WP CLI plugin to export custom template and template-parts from the database to the theme folder when working in Local WP: https://bintzpress.com/wordpress-full-site-editing-and-custom-themes-2360ba88cb22

How would I go about first installing WP CLI with a Local WP environment on Mac?

Local 6.3.1 comes with WP-CLI 2.6.0 (current version) installed. From the site in the sidebar, right click and select ‘Open Site Shell’.
